February River Roundup

We’ve got some exciting news!

We’d like to introduce you to our newest team member: Angela Barranco! Angela joins us as COO of River LA. During the Obama Administration, Angela led the White House public engagement portfolio on climate, environment, conservation and energy, managing external outreach and stakeholder communication in the Council on Environmental Quality. She is an experienced leader in driving advocacy and electoral campaigns at all levels through engagement, communications and executive management.  We are delighted she has joined us and know her leadership means exciting things for the future of our work!

Enjoy our roundup below! If you read something we missed, be sure to let us know.

See you on the river,
The River LA Team
